Where I can get a nice jacket or coat?

I have to buy a jacket (maybe a shield .. but preferably a jacket). I'm looking for one thats less than $ 65. I do not want anything too elegant, but nothing too good sportsmanship. Perhaps as a jacket or something. Does anyone know of any shops selling the cute?
